At Delta we operate an "Outright Sale" contract basis only, this means the total ownership of the security systems stays with you our customer with no nasty suprises or lengthy contracts if you feel you want to change service providers, the only penalty charge being any outstanding monitoring at the time of cancellation as we pay the monitoring on behalf of the customer a year in advance.

We also strive to offer the highest possible maintenance and support service and think that the customer should never be penalised for a poor quality service, if you are not happy and wish to change providers you may cancel in writing at any time.
